Role Overview: Campaign Operations

The Campaign Operations team is an integral part of our centralized unit located in Mumbai, supporting planning and buying teams across the USA, UK, and Canada. This team ensures that all TV and digital campaigns are executed accurately and align with the set goals. As a member of the Campaign Operations team, you will play a crucial role in the campaign lifecycle and act as an extension of our global teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

As part of the Campaign Operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with teams in the USA, UK, and Canada to upload campaigns onto the buying platform.
  • Monitoring campaign performance to ensure goals are met.
  • Conducting competitive reporting and analysis.
  • Setting up digital buys and issuing campaign release orders (RO).
  • Managing digital trafficking requirements for the Ad Ops team.
  • Resolving billing discrepancies and maintaining accurate records.
  • Updating media flowcharts based on campaign flights.
  • Handling campaign setup, including ad trafficking, targeting, and tracking.
  • Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to gather campaign requirements.
  • Troubleshooting campaign delivery issues to minimize performance impact.
  • Continuously monitoring campaign metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend.
  • Participating in departmental projects as required.
  • Using systems and tools like MediaOcean and MediaTools (training will be provided).

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning/buying, or ad operations.
  • Experience with ad servers or DSPs like CM360, GAM, DV360, TTD, GA, or media buying platforms like Prisma/Media Tools is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or other web technologies is a plus.
